Production Control Manager

Having been with Irregular Choice since the very beginning, Olivia adapts and works wherever the business needs her. Always busy, she is currently involved in product development, buying, wholesale, production, operations, and admin. Olivia really enjoys seeing the product go from the initial design, through production, to finally getting shipped. Sometimes the challenges along the way make it feel like it will never happen, so knowing the product is finished and on the way to stores is always a big relief for her. Oliva attends a book club that involves a lot of forgetting to read the books, but a lot of girly catch ups. She has a 19 year old son and a 16 year old daughter, and also dear pet Scruff the Mini Schnauzer - the 'Bearded Lady'. It's impossible for Olivia to choose her favourite IC shoe, but if pushed she would say maybe her polka dot cowboy boots with stirrups, or Trout Pout (which was her go-to evening shoe for a long time). Olivia's way to relax is eat chocolate, watch TV, and fall asleep on the sofa. Repeat daily!

Senior Designer

Vicky works with Dan (IC Founder) on magical products, collaborations, packaging and store designs. In the early 2000s, whilst in Newquay, Vicky saw her first ever IC shoe. It was a flat style with a heart shaped toe and a mushroom design - she instantly fell in love with Irregular Choice! Her role in the company is so much fun, she loves the amazing creativity of the brand and loves being able to bring crazy ideas to life. Vicky is a self confessed bookworm.

Factory Liaison

Merry has taken on many roles during her time with us, adapting her skills to whatever is needed. She looks after the production controls, planning, and critical path from start to finish amongst many other things. Merry has two daughters. She loves to read, watch movies and listen to music. Working at IC for 20 years is such an achievement, she loves seeing all of the beautiful shoes around her every day.

Brand & Collaborations Manager

Sally creates the content for social media and the website with her team and manages the collaborations from start to finish. Her legs have been a constant feature in images since 2016! Her first pair of Irregular Choice shoes were called ‘Fish Out of Water’ - high heels which featured a split toe which remain her favourite design to date, closely followed by Eternal Friend, the first unicorn heel. Sally likes to read, cuddle her cats and create with her daughter. She loves how diverse her job is, realising creative concepts, styling, art directing, prop making and writing. Her biggest achievement to date is creating 17 collaboration campaigns in five years, from initial concepts, creation and marketing through to multiple store builds and launch events.

Senior Buyer & Department Manager

Georgia landed her dream job at Irregular Choice as an admin assistant. She has grown with the company and is now Senior Buyer and Department Manager. Georgia loves live music and will be having a ball at Glastonbury this year! She also enjoys listening to true crime podcasts, cross stitching, and hanging out with her cat Dean. She is excited to be moving this year and thrilled to be able to get some kitten friends for Dean, as they are lonely after his brother Sammy sadly died suddenly last year. Georgia has too many favourite Irregular Choice shoes to list, but 3 of her favourites are: Can Can Cats from SS08, Touching The Void from AW14 and Memories & Smiles from SS21. She has achieved many things in her time at IC, some highlights she is particularly proud of are: producing Irregular Choice baubles; Chocolate shoes for Easter; and 360 printed seamless, plus size tights (that one took four years!). No day at Irregular Choice is the same and she thrives in her role being the perfect mix of geekiness (analysis, facts & figures) & creativity. She is celebrated within the IC family for being able to look at a shoe, and tell you the style code and season it is from!

Lu began her long career at our lovely Brighton store 16 years ago. She then came to head office to learn all things tech with her mentor Colin, and is proud to now be a jet-setting Technician for the brand with a wealth of knowledge. She oversees all technical aspects of design and production, working in China directly with our factories and suppliers. She has many favourite IC styles each for different reasons! If pushed she would say Celestial Sphere is her all time hero, but running as close joint seconds are Annabelles Trolley in the dollar print, and The Beast. From a work perspective, her favourite would have to be the first snowglobe heels - what an achievement! Lu loves live music events and is often found dancing at a gig.

Factory Manager

Based in the main factory, Miss Yang juggles the complicated planning of all our beautiful shoes as they make their way through production in the factory. She's worked with IC for 20 years!

Megan is our Graphic Designer who creates the graphics for socials and newsletters and works her magic on collaboration campaign images and videos. She has a Pomeranian dog called Pancake. Her favourite Irregular Choice shoes are the Tranquility sandals. Megan loves being creative - embroidery, painting, sculpting, digital drawing, and more! Megan loves that she gets to use her creativity every day and to work on fun collaboration projects too.

Helina is our Aesthetic QC, she oversees the look of all the factory samples to ensure the factory meets our strict look requirements. Helina has one child and has worked with IC for 8 years.

Marketing Manager

Annabelle has been at IC for 8 years, and heads up the crazy and creative marketing for the brand with her team. Annabelle loves travelling, live music, and of course her two children, who were born 3 years apart on the same date! Anna Seed is her all time favourite style - the statement cut out heel makes it look like she's defying gravity, which she loves.

Jolin has been with IC for 16 years, she looks after all our shipping internationally. She loves Pilates!

One of the many amazing women stitchers working in the main factory. Her experience and expertise ensures that our complex designs are brought to life! Miss Li has one child, which she says is her "biggest achievement in life!".

Jennifer is responsible for creating international prices, paying suppliers, and creating shipping invoices, and is based in our China office. Jennifer has two children, one boy and one girl. She likes cooking and walking in the park. She also loves to shop! For Jennifer, seeing so many special shoes around her at work is a joy.

Lucy has worked with IC for ten years, and looks after our China staff in HR and Accounts. Lucy has two children, and two pet birds. She loves to travel and is a fantastic cook. Her favourite shoe is the fun and furry Baby Bear slider.

Miss Tang is the owner of the embroidery supplier for IC, and has worked with us for 15 years! She has one child.

Footwear & Accessories Designer & Developer

I work with the factories to bring our 2D designs into 3D products. I am shoe obsessed, having studied footwear for my Bachelors Degree and own upwards of 100 pairs!

Kate, our photographer, totally loves her job, especially the creative aspects. Shooting unusual lifestyle photographs with Lily and Sally is incredibly satisfying. She, her husband, and two sons are a very active family; enjoying swimming, skiing, mountain biking, surfing, and country walks with their 1 year old Border Collie dog Chester. Team Up is her favourite style because they are so bright and bold! Her biggest achievement in life, apart from having her two sons, is jumping out of an aeroplane at 14,000 ft!

Gabrielle has been with us for nearly two years and is part of our E-commerce team. She helps with the running of our website, creating listings while working closely with the photography studio. Gaby loves spending quality time with her husband, their two children, and their doggie Rufus; walking along the beach, eating delicious food, and spending time outdoors. Gaby loves sparkly heels. “The silver Lady Ban Joes are simply stunning!". She wore her Growing Free mules all last summer, they are possibly one of the most comfy and stylish pairs she owns! Her biggest achievement so far is running her own knitwear business designing and creating knitwear from her little studio in Sussex.

Content Creator & Model

Lily brings Irregular Choice to life through video and photo content. While primarily working behind the scenes, she also steps in front of the camera as a model for collaborations and product imagery. Her first pair of Irregular Choice shoes started an obsession, but if she had to pick a favourite, then Spaghetti Junction would holds the top spot in her collection! Outside of work, she’s all about music and art. Lily plays five instruments (yes, including the spoons), draws, crochets, and crafts unique photoshoots. Her biggest achievements to date include creating her first viral IC video, and having her animation played at the Forward Poetry Awards in London.

Digital Marketing Executive

Rosa drives the strategy and creativity behind our social media, newsletters, and visuals. She brings in the best lunches in the office, has an amazing sense of smell, and was endorsed by Vogue & Dazed magazines.

Brighton Store Manager

Millie runs the Brighton store with the wonderful Brighton team, overseeing product launches and making dreams come true for our lovely customers. She’s been with Irregular Choice for two years, starting as Supervisor and is now running the show! Millie’s first pair of ICs wer the Iconic Deer concept heel Fawn for her secondary school prom, and her collection has continued to grow ever since! Her favourite collaboration is our Muppets range, so much so she chose to wear the style She’s Hip He’s Hop on her wedding day. Millie’s biggest achievement was studying Fine Art at university, and she loves creating artwork, designing textiles and exhibiting her work in her spare time. Her favourite part of her job is seeing the joy in customers when they find their perfect pair, whether it be their first pair, or their 100th pair!

Store Supervisor

Sophie runs our Brighton shop alongside our lovely manager Millie. Her job involves looking after our beautiful shop and welcoming all our fabulous customers. Sophie is a pin-up inspired model and loves vintage fashion, you may even recognise her from a few Irregular Choice campaigns! Fashion and glamour is at the heart of everything she does, so working in her favourite shoe shop is such a privilege. Sharing the love of our shoes and finding the perfect pair to match each customers individual style is a very special part of her role. Her favourite styles are Dazzle Razzle and Ban Joe. Both timeless sparkly beauties - you can’t go wrong with that!
