Q&A

When will you stop taking orders?

Our Brighton store closed its doors on the 28th September 2025. Our website ceased taking orders on the 5th December 2025.

Will my order be fulfilled?

Yes, absolutely. We are working hard to dispatch outstanding orders, currently orders are being dispatched within 2-5 working days of being placed.

Can I still return my order?

Yes, you can still return orders in line with our return policy, by post to to our usual returns address, even after we have stopped taking online orders. As we only offer free UK returns for full priced items, and every item online is now discounted, we are no longer offering a free returns service. UK customers can still use the Royal Mail returns portal that you are used to, but going forward we will deduct a £3 fee per return parcel from your refund, for any returned orders using this service. You can still return your order to us using any other chosen suitable postal service at your own cost.

Can I still use my gift cards?

No, we continued to accept gift vouchers up until the 5th December 2025, however as we have now stopped trading unused gift vouchers can no longer be redeemed. If you have an outstanding unused non-expired gift voucher, please email enquiries@irregularchoice.com with the last 4 digits of your gift card to register with us for further updates. We stopped issuing new gift cards as of 10th September 2025.
